Therese is responsible for the company’s activities and performance. She also manages the legal and governance issues for CIP.
Therese has over 18 years’ experience within the property industry across various roles, with significant expertise in the structuring of property transactions. She was a key part of the inception of CIP and has played an integral role in establishing its specialist position in the commercial and industrial market, through various transactions including joint ventures, development partnerships, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing commitments.
Prior to CIP, Therese worked at Australand Holdings Limited and Walker Corporation, and previously spent 10 years at leading law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
