Paul is the inspired and highly motivated leader of CIP, with more than 25 years’ development and building industry experience.
He established CIP in 2003 and in his role as managing director oversees the company’s operations, with a focus on strategic direction. Since the company’s inception, Paul has dramatically increased its activities to include a number of development agreements with listed property trusts, in addition to joint venture development agreements with both listed and private companies.
Prior to CIP, Paul held senior positions with Walker Corporation and Australand.
