Quite simply, our people. We have established an exceptionally strong leadership team – all of whom have previously worked together. On average, members of our leadership team have around 25 years experience in the property industry, which translates into solid expertise and outstanding personal track records. Our varied skills also ensure CIP is able to provide an integrated range of property services – from architecture, interior design, finance, legal, civil engineering, building, quantity surveying, property valuations and construction to project management. To help drive the company’s growth, we are now focused on adding highly qualified young executives to the mix. An integral part of ‘home growing’ our talent is the strong mentoring program we have implemented. Our directors are very hands on with projects, and also help guide and train our executives. CIP’s aim is to ensure a sustainable future for our people and stakeholders and to provide a work environment which provides excellence in employment training and development. It is CIP’s experience and expertise which has enabled us to deliver outcomes to all of our clients. We are fortunate to have a number of blue chip tenants including Fosters, Coles, Alinta, Toll, Repco, Laminex, Omron and Fonterra, among our client base. A high level of repeat business is testament to our skills as developers and the relationships and client loyalty that we have built with tenants, many of whom our executive team have previously worked alongside to provide property solutions throughout Australia. Integral to CIP’s growth strategy is the fostering of joint venture partnerships, with both professional investors and owner/occupiers. Already we have undertaken developments around the country in conjunction with companies and institutions such as Australand, Macquarie Goodman, DB RREEF, Multiplex and Charter Hall. |
