It is company policy that any information collected is not sold, rented or otherwise made available to external bodies.

CIP may disclose information if is required or authorised by government or law enforcement. For example, if information is required in connection with legal proceedings, crime or fraud prevention, detection or prosecution.

CIP will take all reasonable steps to ensure that information we gather and use is accurate, complete and up to date.

Security of Information
CIP is dedicated to keeping information secure and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that information is stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access. This includes physical security, computer and network security, communications security and personnel security.

Some examples of active security processes include;

1. Appropriate security access to offices. 
2. The use of passwords for access to computer systems and the use of security levels within the accounts database to ensure that required personnel only access the information required to perform their duties. 
3. Security bins for the disposal of written information.
4. Clauses in employee agreements requiring confidentiality.
